 VOLUNTEERS

We actively welcome volunteers to join us in the work of the Community Centre. Among the reasons the Centre uses volunteers are to:
Help us deliver our goals, working alongside our paid staff and Trustees
  • Enable us to provide additional services
  • Provide our local communities with a stronger stake in what we do
  • Give a more personal touch in services to our work with our service users
  • Build links to groups in the community
  • Assist us in fundraising;
  • Enable us to react quickly to changing needs or crises
  • Respond to requests for specific services outside our core experience
  • Provide something that professionals can’t

OPPORTUNITIES

Among the kinds of volunteering work we can offer are:

COMMUNITY CAFE

Help make our new community cafe a success. Help prepare and serve refreshments and snacks in our beautiful new kitchen.

RECEPTION

YOUTH WORK
